Nintype Support

Help with Nintype, and a way to reach us.

Turning the keyboard on

Open Settings, then General, Keyboard, Keyboards, Add New Keyboard, and pick Nintype. In any app, hold the globe key to switch to it.

Do I need Full Access?

No. Nintype works without it. Full Access only lets the keyboard share settings with the Nintype app and see your Pro purchase. Either way, nothing you type leaves your phone. More in the privacy policy.

Deleting your Pyramid account

Use "Delete my referral account" in the Nintype app.
